Start by telling us a little about your plans.

We'll ask for the essentials: your wedding date, venue, the kind of celebration you're planning and any ideas you already have for your entertainment.

You don't need to have everything worked out. Whether you know exactly what you want or simply know how you want your day to feel, we can help you explore the possibilities.

Explore your options

Once we understand your plans, we'll share relevant entertainment options together with indicative pricing tiers.

That might include a solo vocalist, strings, saxophone, DJ, live band or a combination of artists across different parts of your day.

Our aim is to give you a clear sense of what is possible before asking you to make any decisions.

Meet Jeris

If you would like to explore things further, we'll arrange a discovery call with Jeris.

This is an opportunity to talk through your wedding in more detail, discuss the atmosphere you want to create and consider the entertainment combinations that will work well for your venue, guests and plans.

From there, we can begin shaping the entertainment around you.

Build your package

Once you have identified your preferred option, we'll provide a clear, itemised breakdown of your entertainment package alongside your agreement for review.

When you are happy to proceed, simply return your signed contract and deposit.

Your date is then secured.

And while we'll guide you through the key planning stages, you are always welcome to contact Jeris Events at any point during the lead-up to your wedding.

Finalise every detail

Around 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding, we'll arrange a planning meeting to finalise the details.

We'll work through timings, locations, artist requirements, performance arrangements and the flow of your entertainment across the day.

Once everything is agreed, we'll send you a complete overview of your entertainment package so you know exactly what to expect.

If you are working with a wedding planner or venue coordinator, we can also liaise directly with them to make sure everything comes together smoothly.

Your day

On your wedding day, you shouldn't need to think about the entertainment at all.

We'll arrive when you need us, set up where everything needs to be and coordinate the details behind the scenes.

Then all that is left is the part that matters.
